1. Returns Eligibility
1.1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
1.2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
1.3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1. Products that have been used or tampered with.
2.2. Customized or special-order items.
3. Return Process
3.1. Contact our customer service at returns@vlkoils.com to initiate the process.
3.2. Once your return is approved, ship the product back to us at:

3.3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
5.1. Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
5.2. Contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
